This is the wonderful husband that I have. Last night, I went to my weekly women's prayer group. While I was gone, Jay apparently found several recipes that he wanted to try. He tested this one while I was away last night, then sent me to the grocery store to buy enough ingredients for him to make it for me this morning.
It is called simply, "Baked Eggs" and the recipe is as easy as it gets. All you do is grease a few ramekins, fill with desired ingredients (he used, tomato, basil, and prosciutto) and carefully, without breaking the yolk, crack an egg over the filling. Top with salt and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for about 12 minutes, depending how runny you like your eggs. Delish and so simple!
My goodness! My son has many talents!
